Development of LED Light Source and Control System for Poultry Healthy Breeding

摘要 介绍了家禽养殖用LED照明系统的1个开发实例,通过模拟太阳光变化实现对家禽生物钟调节,阐述了从LED光源设计到整个调光控制系统的实施,以及太阳光模拟曲线的实现方法。对白、蓝、绿、黄光LED、自镇流荧光灯、白炽灯照射下白羽速生肉鸡的生长情况进行了实验研究。结果显示,LED光源能有效促进肉鸡生长,降低肉鸡饲养成本,提高肉鸡成活率。结合LED的智能化健康养殖是未来的发展趋势。 The development of a LED lighting system for poultry breeding is introduced.It realizes the regulation of poultry biological clock by simulating the change of sunlight.The LED light source design,implementation of the whole dimming control system and the method for realizing sunlight curve are described.The effect of different light sources including white,blue,green,yellow LED,compact fluorescent lamp and incandescent lamp on the growth of white feather fast-growing broiler were studied by experiment.The results show that LED light source can effectively promote broiler growth and development,reduce the feeding cost and improve the survival rate of broilers.Intelligent and healthy breeding combined with LED is a development trend.
