摘要
目的:研究手足口病患儿血清PCT和hs-CRP在不同水平I3MI中的变化。方法:120例手足口病患儿按病情分为备症组(72例)和重症组(48例),按I3MI水平分为低体重组(46例)和非低体重组(74例),120例同期健康体检儿童被纳为对照组对各组儿童血清PCT和hs-CRP测定后进行组间对比分析:结果:手足口病患儿PCT和hs-CRP的阳性率普遍高于对照组(P<0.05),且低体重组较非低体重组高(P<0.05)轻症组患儿PCT和hs-CRP分别为0.18±0.05ng/ml、14.52±8.76mg/L,重症组患儿分别为1.96±0.36ng/ml、28.58±10.77mg/L,与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与轻症组相比,重症组PCT和hs-CRP水平更高(P<0.05)3低体重患儿和非低体重患儿的PCT和hs-CRP水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;低体重组患儿PCT和hs-CRP水平高于非低体重组(P<0.05)结论:血清PCT和hs-CRP水平在手足口病患儿中明显升高,且BM1水平较低者升高更为明显.
Objective:To investigate the changes of serum procalcitonin(PCT)and hs-C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in different levels of body mass index(BMI)in children with hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods:According to their disease conditions,120 children with HFMD were divided into mild group(72 cases)and severe group(48 cases).According to their BMI level,they were divided into low weight group(46 cases)and non-low weight group(74 cases).120 healthy children in the same period were included in the control group.The serum PCT and HS-CRP of children in each group were measured and compared between groups.Results:The positive rates of PCT and HS-CRP in children with HFMD were generally higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the low weight group was higher than the non-low weight group(P<0.05).PCT and Hs-CRP in the mild group were 0.18±0.05 ng/ml and 14.52±8.76 mg/L,respectively,and the PCT and Hs-CRP in the severe group were 1.96±0.36 ng/ml and 28.58±10.77 mg/L,respectively,with statistically significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the mild group,the PCT and HS-CRP levels were higher in the severe group(P<0.05).The levels of PCT and H S-CRP in both low weight and non-low weight children were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significantThe levels of PCT and HS-CRP in the low weight group were higher than those in the non-low weight group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum PCT and HS-CRP levels were significantly increased in children with HFMD,and the increase was more obvious in those with lower BMI levels.
