微生物快速质谱细菌鉴定室间质量评价 被引量:2

External quality assessment for bacteria identification by fast mass spectrometry

摘要 目的:通过开展快速质谱细菌鉴定室间质量评价活动(简称室间质评),了解上海及部分其它地区医疗机构近两年展快速质谱细菌鉴定项目的检测质量方法:收集2018~2019年参加上海市临床检验中心(SCCL)微生物快速质谱细菌鉴定室间质评项目的反馈结果,并对细菌鉴定符合率进行统计分析。结果:2018~2019年参加SCCL开展的微生物质谱细菌鉴定室间质评活动的实验室数基本相同,两年室间质评的合格率均为100.0%。发放的20株菌株(涵盖14个属19个种)有18株鉴定结果符合率为100%,鉴定结果有误的菌株是赫尔曼氏大肠埃希和阴沟肠杆菌,符合率分别为95%和71.4%。结论:上海及部分其它地区开展的快速质谱鉴定细菌项目,鉴定上总体检测能力和准确率较高,但个别实验室检测能力有待提高临床实验室的质量控制对于保证检测结果的准确性具者十分重要的作用。 Objective:To study the quality of fast mass spectrometry(FMS)bacteria identification of Shanghai and several other regions medical laboratories in recent years.Methods:The feedback results of FMS bacteria identification in Shanghai Center for Clinical Laboratory(SCCL)from 2018 to 2019 were collected,and the consistency of bacteria identification was analyzed.Results:The number of laboratories participating SCCL microbial FMS bacteria identification quality assessment remained basically the same from 2018 to 2019.The qualification rate remains 1OO.O%during the 2 years.A total of 20 isolates of bacteria were delivered(covering 14 genera and 19 species).There were 18 isolates identified with the consistency rate of 100.0%.Isolates with wrong identification results include Escherichia hemiannii,Enterobacter cloacae with the consistency rate of 95%and 71.4%respectively.Conclusion:The number of laboratories,mainly Tertiary hospitals,setting FMS bacteria identification in Shanghai and several other regions increases year by year.The overall detection ability and accuracy rate of are good and high,while some laboratories'performance still should be improved.Besides,quality control in clinical laboratories is essential to assure accuracy.
