太极治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效的系统评价

A systematic review of Tai Chi for rheumatoid arthritis

目的对太极治疗类风湿性关节炎疗(RA)效进行系统评价。方法计算机在PubMed、EMBASE、Cochrane Library、MEDLINE、万方数据库、中国知网、维普数据库中开展了详细的文献检索,检索截止日期为2019年4月1日。研究类型包括病例对照研究和干预性研究设计。结果研究共检索到567篇文章,其中209篇是删除重复后的文章。最终共有6篇文献纳入本研究中。太极对RA患者的影响仍具有争议。结论关于太极对RA患者疗效的证据仍然存在争议,同时表明,太极在疾病活动、心理社会层面方面有改善。未来开展多中心、大样本、标准化太极流程的随机对照试验是十分有必要的。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Tai Chi on rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods The computer carried out a detailed literature search in PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,MEDLINE,Wanfang database,CNKI and VIP database.The search deadline was April 1,2019.Study types include case-control study and intervention study design.Results A total of 567 articles were retrieved in the study,209 of which were articles after deletion of duplicates.A total of 6 articles were included in this study.The effect of Tai Chi on RA patients is still controversial.Conclusion There is still controversy about the evidence of the therapeutic effect of Tai Chi on RA patients.At the same time,Tai Chi has improved in disease activity,psychosocial level.In the future,it is necessary to carry out multi center,large sample,standardized randomized controlled trials of Tai Chi process.
