摘要
目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)及β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、肌酐(CR)、尿酸(UA)在动脉硬化疾病中的含量,并比较高同型半胱氨酸血症对脑梗死、冠心病患者肾功能影响的差异。方法选取842例脑梗死患者及961例冠心病患者进行Hcy、Cys-C、β2-MG、CR、UA检测,以100例健康体检者为对照进行对比分析以及相关性分析。结果脑梗死组和冠心病组Hcy、Cys-C、UA、β2-MG的水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑梗死组Hcy显著高于冠心病组,冠心病组UA显著高于脑梗死组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);冠心病组CR、Cys-C、β2-MG与脑梗死组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示脑梗死患者Hcy水平与UA水平呈正相关(r=0.402,P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示冠心病患者Hcy水平与UA水平呈正相关(r=0.415,P<0.05)。结论血清Cys-C、Hcy、UA等与动脉粥样硬化密切相关,在脑梗死和冠心病中Hcy水平与UA水平呈正相关,Hcy水平与肾功能衰退有一定的相关性。
Objective To investigate the levels of homocysteine(Hcy),Cystatin C(Cys-C),2-microglobulin(β2-MG),creatinine(CR)and uric acid(UA)in patients with arteriosclerosis,and to compare the effect of hyperhomocysteinemia on renal function in patients with cerebral infarction and coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 842 cases of cerebral infarction,961 cases of coronary heart disease and 100 healthy people were tested for Hcy,Cys-C,β2-MG,CR,UA for comparative analysis and correlation analysis.Results The levels of Hcy,Cys-C,UA andβ2-MG in cerebral infarction group and coronary heart disease group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);Hcy in cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that in coronary heart disease group,and UA in coronary heart disease group was significantly higher than that in cerebral infarction group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in CR,Cys-C andβ2-MG between coronary heart disease group and cerebral infarction group(P>0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that Hcy level was positively correlated with UA level in patients with cerebral infarction,r=0.402(P<0.05);Pearson correlation analysis showed that Hcy level was positively correlated with UA level in patients with coronary heart disease(r=0.415,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum Cys-C,Hcy,UA are closely related to atherosclerotic disease.In patients with cerebral infarction and coronary heart disease,the level of Hcy is positively correlated with UA level,and the level of Hcy has a certain correlation with the decline of renal function.
