情景意识测量方法综述

Survey on Situation Awareness Measurement Methods

情景意识在航空领域研究中,尤其是人为因素方面有着极为重要的作用,情景意识的测量是评价飞机人机交互设计的一个重要方面。首先介绍了Endsley基于认知信息提出的由感知、理解和预测构成的三水平情景意识模型,然后介绍了目前常用的6类情景意识测量方法:冻结测量、实时测量、自我评定、过程指标测量、观察者评定和绩效评定。并对这几种测量方法的优缺点及使用过程中需要注意的事项进行了分析,最后对情景意识测量方法的未来研究方向做出了展望。

Situational awareness plays an important role in the research of aviation,especially in human factors.The measurement of situation awareness is an important aspect of evaluating the design of aircraft human computer interaction.This paper first introduces Endsley’s three-level situation awareness model based on cognitive information,which consists of perception,understanding and prediction.Then it studies six commonly used situation awareness measurement methods:freeze measurement,real-time measurement,self-assessment,process indicator measurement,observer assessment and performance assessment.Then it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these methods and the matters needing attention in the process of using them.Finally,the future research direction of situation awareness measurement method is prospected.
