摘要
自由活塞斯特林发电作为一种清洁能源的高效利用方式,并且该系统是一个参数敏感性系统,不当的运行工况会导致系统损坏,但是其变工况运行特性均未有报道进行系统的研究。本文基于声电耦合方程对自由活塞斯特林发动机与直线发电机进行理论分析,并用SAGE软件对整机系统进行数值模拟。研究结果表明,自由活塞斯特林发电机系统的动力活塞位移对负载、温度、工作压力这些参数变化均非常敏感,负载、温度的变化对系统效率影响很大,而系统运行频率则对工作压力的变化非常敏感。
Free-piston Stirling power generation is an efficient way to use clean energy,which is a parameter-sensitive system.So,improper operating conditions will cause damage to the system.However,there is no report on its operating characteristics under variable conditions for systematic research.In this paper,based on the acoustic-electric coupling equation,the free-piston Stirling engine and linear alternator are theoretically analyzed,and the SAGE is used to simulate the whole system.The numerical results show that the displacement of the power piston of the free-piston Stirling generation system is very sensitive to changes in parameters such as external load,temperature,and working pressure.The changes in load and temperature have a great influence on the system efficiency,while the operating frequency of the system is very sensitive to changes in working pressure.
