循环泵自流性能和压力脉动特性试验研究 被引量:3

Experimental Study of Performance and Pressure Pulsation Characteristics of Circulating Pump Under Artesian Flow Conditions

摘要 循环泵是舰船循环水系统中的核心水力部件之一。基于试验测量及分析,获得了不同自流工况下循环泵的自流性能以及叶轮旋转中心截面上的压力脉动特性。研究表明:自流工况下循环泵转速较低,其值随自流流量的增加呈线性递增趋势;不同自流工况下压力脉动的主要特征频率为叶频及其二次谐频,且自流工况下特征频率处压力脉动系数值小于常规工况;自流工况下压力脉动信号中存在明显的宽频离散信号;不同频率范围内压力脉动RMS值随自流流量的增加呈递增趋势,其能量主要集中0~500 Hz频率范围内。研究结论为自流工况下循环泵自流特性的深入提供了可靠数据和有益参考。 The axial circulating pump is one of the core hydraulic components in warship circulating water system.According to the experimental measurement and analysis,the performance of pump and pressure pulsation characteristics at rotating center section of impeller were obtained.The results show that the rotating speed under artesian flow condition is less than that under normal condition and the rotating speed increases linearly with the artesian flow rate.The main characteristic frequency of pressure pulsation under different artesian flow conditions is the blade passing frequency and its second harmonic frequency.The value of pressure pulsation coefficient at characteristic frequency under artesian flow condition is smaller than that under normal condition.There is an obvious wide-band discrete signal in pressure pulsation spectrum under artesian flow condition.The RMS value of pressure pulsation in different frequency range increases with the artesian flow rate and the pressure pulsation energy is mainly concentrated in the frequency range of 0~500 Hz.The results provide reliable data and useful reference for the further research on characteristics of circulating pump under artesian flow condition.
