容控箱氮气吹扫除氧的实验研究 被引量:1

Experimental Study on Deoxidization of the Chemical and Volume Control Tank by the Nitrogen Purging Method

摘要 核电站容控箱氮气吹扫除氧对于抑制设备氧腐蚀,保障核电站安全运行具有重要意义。本文对核电站容控箱的升降液位氮气吹扫过程进行了实验研究,发现吹扫过程中容控箱气空间不同位置氧浓度基本一致,吹扫过程的高液位越高,排气后压力越低,吹扫结束压力越高,吹扫效果越好。在此基础上建立了升降液位吹扫的气体氧浓度变化模型,计算结果与实验结果吻合良好;分析表明对于升降液位吹扫,采取降低排气后压力、增加吹扫结束压力、提高高液位、降低低液位等措施,均可以有效降低气体氧浓度,提高吹扫效果,但会增大吹扫的氮气消耗量。本研究可以为容控箱氮气吹扫方法的优化提供基础,对于核电站容控箱吹扫策略的制定具有重要指导意义。 Deoxidization of the chemical and volume control tank of nuclear power plant by the nitrogen purging method is of great significance for inhibiting oxygen corrosion of equipment and ensuring the safe operation of nuclear power plant.In this paper,the experimental study on nitrogen purging process of the lifting and lowering liquid level of the volume control tank was carried out.The experimental results indicate that the oxygen concentration is basically the same at different points in the gas space of the chemical and volume control tank during the purging process.In the purging process,the higher the high liquid level,the lower the pressure after exhaust,the higher the pressure at the end of purging,and the better the purging effect,A gas oxygen concentration change model of lifting and lowering liquid level purging was established.The calculated results of the model are in good agreement with the experimental results.The analysis shows that measures such as reducing the pressure after exhaust,increasing the pressure at the end of purging,increasing the high liquid level and reducing the low liquid level,can effectively reduce the gas oxygen concentration and improve the purge effect,but increase the nitrogen consumption for the lifting and lowering liquid level purging.This study could provide a basis for the optimization of the nitrogen purging method of the chemical and volume control tank and has important guiding significance for the purging strategy of the chemical and volume control tank in nuclear power plants.
