新时代公民生态环境意识培养路径探析

On the Cultivation Path of Citizens’Ecological Environmental Awareness in the New Era

生态文明建设与公民生态环境意识密不可分。培养全体公民的生态环境意识,推进公众参与生态环境治理,是我国生态文明建设的需要,也是实现可持续发展的必要手段。党的十八大以来我国生态环境保护形势发生了根本性的变化,生态环境意识培养及推进公众参与生态环境保护的新要求、新定位应运而生,考察分析当前我国公民的生态环境意识状况和存在问题,探索新时代公民生态环境意识的培养路径显得十分必要。新形势下,提高公民生态环境意识,需要党政部门领导干部的带头推进,需要通过各类平台加大宣传力度发挥舆论作用,需要完善生态文明教育机制,需要建立和完善生态文明建设与生态环境意识的法律体系,需要将生态文明纳入社会主义核心价值体系,促进公民积极主动实现生产生活方式绿色化。

The construction of ecological civilization is closely related to the citizens’public awareness of ecological environment.It is not only the need of ecological civilization construction in China,but also the necessary means to realize sustainable development to cultivate the environmental awareness of all citizens and promote public participation in ecological environment governance.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the situation of China’s ecological environment protection has undergone fundamental changes.The new requirements and new positioning of ecological environment awareness training and promoting public participation in ecological environment protection came into being.It is necessary to investigate and analyze the current situation and existing problems of citizens’ecological environment awareness and explore the cultivation path of citizens’ecological environment awareness in the new era.Under the new situation,in order to improve citizens’ecological environment awareness,it is necessary for leading cadres to take the lead in promoting,and it is necessary to play the role of public opinion,to improve the education mechanism of ecological civilization,to establish and improve the legal system of ecological civilization construction and ecological environment awareness,to bring ecological civilization into the socialist core value system,and to promote citizens to take the initiative to realize the greenization of production and life style.
