结构的形与势——从奥托的自然建筑谈起

Structural Form and Propensity:Talking from Frei Otto’s Natural Architecture

在中国的"形势"与西方的"绵延生成"思想上,试图提出建筑学的形势观转向,以"形"与"势"的辩证关系来重新审视建筑设计。从这个角度来看,结构是形式生成过程中的组织秩序,是"形"与"势"之间的协调,是一种与真实世界的物质建造、道德伦理对话的机制。在这种实在论的观点下,从弗雷·奥托(Frei Otto)的自然建筑谈起,从材料特质、建造过程、建构节点这三个视角来探讨源于结构的内部组织与物质特性的形式涌现。

Reinterpreting the Chinese concept of "form/propensity" and Western’s "becoming", this article proposes a shift toward the architecture formation base on the dialectical relationship between form and propensity. Therefore, the structure becomes the organizational pattern in the process of form generation, the coordination between form and propensity, and the dialogical mechanism between material construction and social ethics in the real world. This article begins with Frei Otto’s idea of natural construction and goes further to discuss the emergence of structure from three perspectives: material characteristics, construction process, and tectonic joinery.
