通过对华为荔枝园项目设计、施工全过程实践的解读,分析了华为的"建筑师负责制"作为一个中间阶段,是如何落地施行并实现本土化的。

Through the interpretation of the whole process of design and construction of Huawei Lizhiyuan project, this paper analyzes how the "Architect Responsibility System" of Huawei is implemented and localized as an intermediate stage in China.
