摘要
美国在自闭症患者权利保障方面的立法已经有了较为完善的基础,对中国的相关立法有较大的启发意义。中国有必要将自闭症患者列为独立的立法对象,在充分考虑本国国情的情况下,借鉴美国等国家的相关立法,同时注重立法的可操作性,从康复、教育、就业及文化生活等多领域形成系统全面的权利保障立法体系。
The legislation on the protection of the rights of persons with autism in the United States has a relatively sound foundation,which is of great inspiration to the relevant legislation in China.It is necessary for China to list persons with autism as independent legislative objects and draw on the experience of the United States to establish a systematic legislative system of right guarantee in the fields of rehabilitation,education,employment,and cultural life.
