摘要
本文以北京公务员考试政策为主线,从公务员考试流程、公务员考试种类、公务员的机构性质等政策解读,认为增大录取成功的关键在于面试环节。并从面试环节出发,分析报考冷门职位为一种最大概率成功录取的途径,再结合2020年北京市城区公务员调剂政策,筛选整理出如不限工作经历等特定的冷门职位,并给出分析和建议。
This paper analyzes the civil service examination process,types of civil service examinations,and the nature of civil service organizations,focusing on the examination policies of civil servants in Beijing.The recommendation for increasing the success of admissions is the interview process.It analyzes the interview process,discovering that the most effective way to succeed in the admissions process is to apply for an unpopular job.According to the 2020 Beijing urban civil service deployment policy,the paper filters and sorts out specific unpopular jobs,and finally combining the selected unpopular jobs,giving analysis and recommendations.
