英国G5超级精英大学图书馆面向校外读者开放情况调查分析

Analysis on Off-campus Readers Services of the G5 Super Elite University Libraries in the UK

高校图书馆对社会开放是履行社会责任的体现,有助于发挥大学的社会服务职能。通过系统调查、梳理英国G5超级精英大学图书馆面向校外读者开放的范围、内容、特色服务和规章制度等信息,分析其对外开放的特点,并据此提出我国同类高校图书馆对社会开放应该有序开放、完善制度和注重服务质量等若干建议。

The opening of university library to the society is the embodiment of social responsibility fulfillment,which is helpful to exert the social service function of universities.Through systematic investigation and comb of the scope,content,characteristic service,rules and regulations for off-campus readers of the G5 super elite university libraries,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the opening services to off-campus readers in Britain.At last,this paper puts forward some suggestions that university libraries in China should open to the society in an orderly way,improve the system and pay attention to the qualities of service.
