This paper mainly introduces the diagnosis and troubleshooting process of the abnormal input signal of the EMS internal monitoring oxygen sensor caused by the failure of the oxygen sensor system,which causes the ECU to not accurately control the fuel injection volume and causes the engine to work abnormally, causing black smoke from the exhaust pipe, engine idling jitter, and flameout, accompanied by the engine fault light always on.
