摘要
以某分时四驱越野车为例,测试在滑行工况、等速工况、NEDC工况和WLTC工况下整车及关键系统能耗,分析各系统能耗特点,并提出合理的能量管理优化建议。结果表明,整车高速行驶时,风阻是主要的能耗源,低速行驶时,前桥及前传动轴带来大量的额外能耗损失;WLTC工况能量利用率高于NEDC工况能耗利用率。
Based on a Part time 4 WD Off Road vehicle, the key system energy consumption is tested under the conditions of coasting cycle, constanting cycle, NEDC cycle and WLTC cycle. The characteristics of the energy consumption of each system are analyzed, and reasonable energy management optimization suggestions are put forward. The results show that wind resistance is the main source of energy consumption under the high speed, and the energy consumption of front axle and front shafts is very big under the low speed. The energy utilization rate for WLTC cycle is higher than that of NEDC cycle.
