摘要
PC构件的吊装问题是装配式建筑施工过程中十分重要的环节,不仅仅关系到现场的施工安全,而且对施工质量、效率都有着影响。以徐州淮海科技城项目两栋装配式办公楼施工过程中PC构件的吊装为研究背景,通过对PC构件的吊装过程分析研究,结合相应的理论对不同形状、尺寸、质量、吊点数目的PC构件吊装进行探讨。基于施工现场的吊装现状与理论研究总结出合理有效的PC构件吊装技术,为装配式建筑PC构件施工提供一定的技术支持与理论指导。
The lifting of PC components is a very important link in the construction process of prefabricated buildings.It not only affects the construction safety on site,but also affects the quality and efficiency of construction.This article takes the lifting of PC components during the construction of two prefabricated office buildings in the Xuzhou Huaihai Science and Technology City Project as the research background.Through the analysis and research of the lifting process of PC components,and combining the corresponding theories,the lifting of PC components with different shapes,sizes,masses and the number of lifting points is discussed.This paper summarizes reasonable and effective PC component lifting technology based on the current status and theoretical research of construction site hoisting,and provides certain technical support and theoretical guidance for PC component construction of prefabricated buildings.
