太原府城历史城区保护的回顾和探索

Review and exploration on the protection of the historic city of Fucheng,Taiyuan

长久以来,历史城区保护与发展的矛盾冲突,始终是历史城市保护需重点解决的症结。通过梳理历史文化名城制度保护理念的变迁,以及回顾太原府城历史城区的保护历程,对“历史性城市景观”整体保护的意义进行了反思。基于整体性保护理念的重新认知,以太原府城历史城区为例,以结构要素的关联和场所精神的感知为目标,对历史城区整体性保护的策略进行了探讨,试图为新时期国内历史城区保护发展的理念提供借鉴。

For a long time,the contradiction and conflict between the protection and development of the historical city has always been the crux of the protection of the historical city.By combining the changes of the system protection concept of historical and cultural city,and reviewing the protection process of Taiyuan Fucheng historical city,this paper reflects on the significance of the overall protection of“historical urban landscape”.Based on the recognition of the concept of integrated protection,taking the historical city of Fucheng,Taiyuan as an example,taking the relationship of structural elements and the perception of place spirit as the goal,this paper discusses the strategy of integrated protection of historical city,trying to provide reference for the concept of protection and development of domestic historical city in the new era.
