空间规划语境下凤楼旅游型村庄产业发展探究

Research on the industry development of Fenglou tourist village in the context of spatial planning

根据当下国土空间规划体系对村庄规划的新要求与新目标,结合旅游型村庄优势与特征,提出“三农为本、旅游度假+、共建共营”的村庄产业发展思路。并以广西阳朔县凤楼村为例,分析了其现状产业发展特征与问题,针对性制定以全要素生态旅游带动三产融合发展思路、构建多方共营的创新经营管理模式,并最终形成“一廊五园区”的产业发展空间布局,以期切实解决农业农村农民发展问题,助力乡村振兴实施。

According to the new requirements and goals of the present land and space planning system for village planning,combined with the advantages and characteristics of tourism-based villages,this paper puts forward the idea of village industry development of“three rural-oriented,tourism vacation,co-construction and co-operation”.Taking Fenglou Village,Yangshuo County,Guangxi as an example,this paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of its current industrial development,formulates the idea of integrating three industries with all-factor eco-tourism,constructs the mode of innovation management,and finally forms the spatial layout of industrial development of“one corridor and five parks”.In order to effectively solve the problem of agricultural rural farmers development,rural revitalization implementation.
