模块化建筑作为新兴建筑体系,是装配式建筑发展的高度集成模式,也是我国装配式建筑发展的必然趋势,以我国香港竹篙湾检疫中心项目为背景,对箱体的主体结构、装修流程进行研究,并与传统建筑在质量、技术、成本方面进行优劣分析,探索模块化建筑的发展前景,旨在为模块化建筑的发展提供借鉴和参考。

As a new building system,modular building is a highly integrated model for the development of fabricated buildings and an inevitable trend for the development of fabricated buildings in our country.Based on the project of Hong Kong Penny’s Bay Quarantine Center,this paper studies the main structure and decoration process of the box body,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the box body and traditional buildings in terms of quality,technology and cost,so as to explore the development prospect of modular building and provide reference for the development of modular buildings.
