定时控流节水水龙头的开发设计

Development and design of water-saving faucet with timing control

水资源问题日益突出,结合当前国家政策,以用水器具中的水龙头作为改进对象,针对生活当中类似“停水忘关”现象,设置定时自锁功能,避免无意的浪费。同时,面对水龙头对水利用效率不高的情况,在水龙头出水口处设置出流限制装置,对出水口的流量进行调控,进而提高水资源的利用效率,一定程度上解决我国水资源问题,响应国家节水方针。

The problem of water resources is becoming increasingly prominent,in combination with the current national policy,this paper takes the faucet in the water appliance as the object of improvement,aiming at the similar phenomenon of“cut water and forget to close the tap”in the daily life,sets up the timing self-locking function to avoid unintentional waste.At the same time,in the face of the low efficiency of the faucet for water use,the outfall of the faucet is set with a flow limiting device to regulate the flow of the outfall,so as to improve the utilization efficiency of water resources,to some extent,to solve the problem of water resources in China and respond to the national water-saving strategy.
