基于Web of Science数据库对痛风近10年文献计量分析

Bibliometric analysis of gout in recent ten years based on Web of Science Database

目的对Web of Science数据库(WoS数据库)核心合集中以痛风为主题进行文献计量分析,探索近10年该领域的研究现状及热点。方法运用WoS数据库核心合集中子库SCI-EXPANDED(SCIE)为研究对象,根据引文分析法统计2010-2019年间以痛风为主题相关文献,分析WoS数据库核心合集收录痛风领域研究文献状况,包括文献发表出版年、机构、来源出版物、国家地区、研究方向及作者、基金资助等分布。结果通过WoS数据库观察到痛风领域近10年间国内外发表论文共6969篇,相关文献发表在104个国家(地区)1387种期刊上,共21521位作者。发表文献作者多为大学科研机构研究人员,风湿病学科文献数占41.9%居首位,全球文献主要由国家级基金或世界百强生物药企提供基金资助。近10年我国痛风领域发文量快速迅猛增长,位居世界第二位,但是被引频次、篇被引频次和h指数并不高。结论痛风已成为多学科关注及研究重要领域,特别是风湿病学科,中国作者在痛风领域发文量快速迅猛增长,但在研究深度和引用频次方面存在一定距离,尚有较大提高空间。

Objective To conduct a bibliometric analysis on gout in the core collection of Web of Science(WoS)in recent ten years,and explore the research status and the hot spots.Methods The literatures on gout were statistically analyzed based on SCI-Expanded(SCIE),as the core set of Web of Science Database in 2010-2019,including publication year,institution,source publication,country and region,research field,author,and fund support.Results According to the WoS database,6969 papers were searched at home and abroad in the past ten years.The related literatures were published in 1387 journals in 104 countries(regions),with about 21521 authors.Meanwhile,most of the institutions were university institutions.Literatures on rheumatology ranked the first(41.9%),and the funding was mainly from the national funds or the world’s top 100 biopharmaceutical enterprises.In the past ten years,the published papers of gout in China increased rapidly and ranked the second in the world,however,the total cites per paper and h index remained low.Conclusion Gout has become an important research field in rheumatology,and the published papers by Chinese authors have increased rapidly,but the research depth and qualities need to be improved.
