京津冀协同发展背景下河北省域市级政府网站语言文字规范问题研究

互联网事业的迅速发展,带动了社会各级政府的网上办公,网站广泛服务于各级地方政务,成为政府机构实现政务信息公开、服务公众的重要渠道。在政府网站迅猛发展的同时,存在着“重建轻管”的现象,其中尤以语言文字不规范的现象较为突出,包括语音、文字、词汇、语法、语用和标点符号等诸多方面的不规范。厘清这些失范现象,探究失范原因,可以促成网站语言文字的日趋规范,促进京津冀协同发展这一国家战略的顺利实施。

With the rapid development of Internet,government online offices have been promoted and widely used for local government affairs at all levels.It has become an important channel for government agencies to convey information openly and serve the public.With the rapid development of government websites,the management of it has been somewhat neglected,especially the problem of the non-standard use of language,including speech,text,vocabulary,grammar,pragmatics and punctuation.To identify the root causes of these problems can promote the standardization of website language gradually,facilitating the smooth implementation of the national strategy of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development.
