摘要
为测算世界银行贷款湖南省森林恢复和发展项目区总活立生物碳储量、碳排放、碳泄漏情况等,采用分层布点、典型抽样、设置标准地等进行调查。通过测算,项目区总活立生物碳储量为81397.13 t,CO 2排放量为3400505.33 t。为减少CO 2的泄漏与排放,增加碳储量,应采取就近育苗、减少运输,加强管护、促进林木生长,提高森林及土壤对碳的吸纳和存储能力等方法。
In order to estimate the total living biomass carbon storage,carbon emission and carbon leakage in the Hunan forest restoration and development project area of World Bank loaned,the stratified sampling,typical sampling and standard setting were used.The total living biomass carbon storage is 81397.13 t and the CO 2 emission is 3400505.33 t.In order to reduce the leakage and emission of CO 2 and increase the carbon storage,it is necessary to using the methods of nearby cultivate seedlings,reduce transportation,strengthen management and protection,promote the growth of trees,and improve the carbon absorption and storage capacity of forests and soil.
