基于史料阐述了张謇企业家精神的内涵,提出"投笔从商""为国争利"和"顾全大局"串成张謇企业家精神的爱国精神主线,"援儒入商""诚实守信""开拓创新"和"地方自治"奠定了张謇企业家精神的儒家伦理底色,"寰宇世界""招商引技"和"敢于争锋"凸显了张謇企业家精神的开放意识亮点。以张謇等人为代表的中国第一代企业家群体为新时代凝练企业家精神提供了研究范本,也为高校创业教育提供了鲜活的本土教材。

Based on the historical data, this paper elaborates on the connotation of Zhang Jian ’s entrepreneurial spirit and discovers the main line of patriotism, the ground color of Confucian ethics and the shining point of open awareness in Zhang Jian’s entrepreneurship."Investing in business rather than devoting to official career","striving for nation’s benefit"and "considering the overall situation"constitute the main line."Incorporating Confucian views into the concept of doing business","being honest and trustworthy","pioneering & innovating"and"developing local autonomy"maintain the ground color."Looking around the world","attracting foreign investment and importing technology"and "daring to compete"are the highlight.The first generation of Chinese entrepreneurs represented by Zhang Jian and others has provided not only a research sample for condensed entrepreneurship in the new era, but also fresh local teaching materials for entrepreneurship education in universities.
