来华留学研究生培养模式改革探究——以南通大学为例

Reform of Cultivation Mode for International Postgraduates——Taking Nantong University as an Example

总结来华留学研究生基本情况,以南通大学为例,将来华留学研究生培养模式作为切入点,从培养目标、入学形式、培养方式和质量评价四个要素着手,探究来华留学研究生培养存在的问题,并从改革招生政策和建立"适度趋同化"培养模式两个层面提出了改进培养模式的路径。

This paper summarizes the current situation of international postgraduate education in China. Taking Nantong University as an example, existing problems in the international postgraduate education are discussed from the four aspects of cultivation objectives, admission, training method and quality evaluation. A path is proposed to improve the cultivation mode by reforming the enrollment policy and establishing the cultivation mode of"moderate assimilation".
