摘要
运用人力资本理论分析本溪药都发展过程中的问题,并提出解决对策,即利用经济杠杆吸引中药、化学仿制药和生物制药等产业的高端科研人员,逐步完善园区基础设施,才能够促进园区产业的快速发展.
Based on the theory of human capital,this paper analyzes the problems in the development process of Benxi pharmaceutical city,and puts forward the countermeasures,that is,,allracting high-tech researchers in the industries of Chinese herbs,chemical generic drugs and biological pharmaceulicals by means of economic lever-age,and gradually improving the infrastructure of the park,so as to promote the rapid development of the industry in the park.
