摘要 法学作为一门古老的学科,有其自身独立的发展历程,但随着自然科学、实证科学等领域的发展,各学科在某种程度上出现融合之势,因此出现了一批新的交叉学科,计算法学就是其中之一。近年来,计算法学在各领域得以适用,但其理论与实践应用均面临诸多困境。为解决诸类困境,应当培养法学与计算机科学方面的复合型人才,致力获取全样本数据,重视大量数据,改进研究方法,健全计算法学在司法实践中的应用。 As an ancient discipline,law has its own independent development process.However,with the development of natural science,empirical science and other fields,the disciplines have become integrated to some extent,so a number of new interdisciplinary disciplines have emerged.Computing law is one of them.In recent years,computing law has been applicable in various fields,but its theoretical and practical applications are facing many difficulties.In order to solve all kinds of difficulties,the development path of computing law should be followed:training of talents in law and computer science,full sample data,paying attention to a large amount of data,improve research methods and improveing the application of computing law in judicial practice.
