摘要
公安专业人才培养应符合国家、社会以及个人职业发展的需要。学生警务专业技能的形成非单纯专业教育和专门训练的结果,而是个人的认知、政治素养、职业道德水平、社会经验、思维能力以及心理品质和身体素质等人文素养综合作用的结果。公安院校应充分认识到警务实践中警察个人的价值判断、专业水平、临场决策,反应能力等综合素质形成的复杂条件和生成机制,科学厘定警务人才人文素养与通识课程之间的关系,在借鉴境外警察院校通识教育的成功经验的基础上探索通识教育教学改革,提升应用型警务人才的核心素养,为其专业学习和警务技能的提升打下坚实的基础,促进学生的职业成长。
The training of public security personnel should meet the need of the nation and society as well as individual career development.The formation of students’professional police skills is not the result of simple professional education and special training,but the result of a combination of such humanistic qualities as individual cognition,political accomplishment,professional ethics level,social experience,thinking ability,psychological quality and physical quality,and so on.Public security colleges and universities should fully realize the complex conditions and generation mechanism of such comprehensive qualities as police personal value judgment,professional level,on-the-spot decisions and reaction ability in police practice,and scientifically set the relationship between police talents humanistic literacy and general education curriculum.In addition,explorations should be made in the teaching reform of general education on the basis of drawing lessons from successful experience of general education in foreign police colleges to enhance the core quality of applied police talents,so as to lay a solid foundation for their professional learning and ascension of their police skills and promote their professional growth.
