石墨烯高弹性应变传感器的制备及性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 探讨石墨烯应用于柔性应变传感器的效果。将石墨烯水性聚氨酯混合导电涂料涂覆于氨纶丝上,制备出一种具有褶皱微层结构的柔性可拉伸应变传感器,分析了所制得传感器的强伸性能、灵敏度、相应时间和耐久性,并将其应用于大形变和小形变的检测。测试结果表明:该传感器可逆应变范围0~200%、灵敏度152.4、响应时间60 ms,经历1200次拉伸释放后的相对电阻变化率仅为12%;且能够实时监测人体运动。认为:石墨烯柔性应变传感器可逆应变范围宽、灵敏度高、响应时间短、耐久性良好,适用于人体运动的实时监测。 The effect of graphene used in flexible strain sensor was discussed.Graphene waterborne polyure⁃thane blended conductive coating was coated on spandex filaments.A kind of flexible tensile strain sensor with wrin⁃kle micro-layer structure was prepared.The strength&elongation,sensitivity,response time and durability of the sensor prepared were analyzed.And it was used on the testing of large strain and small strain.The test results showed that the reversible strain range of the sensor was 0~200%,the sensitivity was 152.4 and the response time was 60 ms.After 1200 times of stretching and released,the relative resistance change rate was only 12%.Moreover,it could real-time monitor human motion.It is considered that the reversible strain range of grapheme flexible strain sen⁃sor is wider,the sensitivity is higher,the response time is shorter and the durability is better.It is suitable for realtime monitor of human motion.
