关于在高层次人才中加强党建工作的思考

建设一流大学和一流学科需要一流的师资队伍,人才是学科发展与创新改革的主体,人才队伍是学科建设和学校发展的核心元素。做好高层次人才的党建工作,是落实人才强国战略和党管人才的重要举措,对于加强基层党组织建设具有重要的意义。文章结合南京航空航天大学自动化学院的情况,分析了高层次人才建设的现状和问题,并对高校高层次人才加强党建工作的重要意义进行了分析。

To build a first-class university and a first-class discipline requires a first-class teaching staff.Talents are the main body of discipline development and innovation reform,and talent team is the core element of discipline construction and school development.To do a good job in the party construction of high-level talents is an important measure to implement the strategy of strengthening the country by talents and the Party management of talents,and it is of great significance to strengthen the construction of grassroots party organizations.This paper analyzes the status quo and problems of the construction of high-level talents in combination with the situation of the college of automation of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics,and analyzes the significance of strengthening the party construction of high-level talents in colleges and universities.
