新工科背景下的工程伦理教育探析 被引量:10

摘要 随着世界范围内的新工业革命与我国新型工业化发展,新工科教育成为我国高校工程教育发展的新方向。新工科教育更要以“工程伦理先行”为导向,培养兼具专业知识和伦理素养的多样化、创新型科技人才。而目前新工科建设中工程伦理教育缺位、伦理意识滞后、伦理精神匮乏和新工科的学科交叉融合所带来的个性化困境都亟需拓展和延伸工程伦理教育思路和内涵,将理论理性和实践理性统摄于工程伦理教育之中、人际伦理与技术伦理共融于工程伦理教育之中、教学策略与传递策略交互于工程伦理教育之中。 With the worldwide new industrial revolution,the adjustment of China's economic structure and the development of new industrialization,emerging engineering education has become a new direction for the development of engineering education in universities in China.The emerging engineering education should be guided by"engineering ethics first"and cultivate diverse,innovative scientific and technological talents with both professional knowledge and ethical quality.At present,the lack of engineering ethics education,the lagging of ethical consciousness,the lack of ethical spirit and the individualized dilemma brought about by the cross-disciplinary integration of emerging engineering disciplines in the construction of emerging engineering disciplines all need to expand the thinking and connotation of engineering ethics education.The theoretical rationality and practical rationality are integrated into engineering ethics education,interpersonal ethics and technical ethics are integrated into engineering ethics education,and teaching strategies and delivery strategies are interactively integrated into engineering ethics education.
