高等职业院校完全学分制改革研究--以青岛职业技术学院为例

On the Reform of Credit System in Higher Vocational Colleges:Taking Qingdao Technical College as an Example

为满足社会经济对高素质劳动者和技术技能人才的需求,满足学生创新创业需求,尊重人们对教育选择的个性化、多样化的要求,采取因材施教的原则,深化教育教学改革,实施学分制管理是关键路径。加快推进职业教育国家“学分银行”建设,推进职业教育与终身教育对接,各项制度围绕学生自主学习、自我管理进行设计。以学生为本,开展教育教学工作。充分调动教师教学和学生学习的积极性,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高级专门人才,不断提高教育教学质量。

In order to meet the needs of social economy for high-quality workers and technical talents and students'innovation and entrepreneurship,and respect the individualized and diversified requirements of people's educational choices,adopting the principle of teaching according to their aptitude,deepening the reform of education and teaching,and implementing the credit system management is the key path.This paper discusses how to accelerate the construction of national"credit bank"of vocational education,promote the docking of vocational education and lifelong education,and design various systems around students'independent learning and self-management.We should carry out education and teaching based on students.We should give full play to the enthusiasm of teachers and students in teaching and learning,cultivate senior professionals with innovative spirit and practical ability,and constantly improve the quality of education and teaching.
