摘要 目的:了解有入党动机医学生核心自我评价与生命意义感的现状,探析医学生入党动机与核心自我评价、生命意义感之间的关系。结果:①有入党动机医学生具有较高的核心自我评价,具有较强的生命意义感。②有无入党动机医学生在生命意义感上差异显著,在核心自我评价上差异不显著。③医学生入党动机与核心自我评价呈显著正相关;入党动机与生命意义感呈显著正相关;核心自我评价与生命意义感呈显著正相关。④核心自我评价可以解释生命意义感7.3%的变异。展望:构筑“三全育人”模式下组织育人与心理育人合力工作格局。 This article is to understand the current situation of core self-evaluation and sense of life meaning of medical students who has motives for joining the Party,and to explore the relationship between medical students'motives for joining the Party,core self-evaluation and sense of life.Results show that the medical students who have the motives for joining the Party have a higher core self-evaluation and had a strong sense of life.There is a significant difference in the sense of meaning of life between medical students with or without the motives for joining the party,but no significant difference in the core self-evaluation.There is a significant positive correlation between medical Students'motives for joining the party and core self-evaluation.There is a significant positive correlation between the motives for joining the Party and the sense of life.There is a significant positive correlation between core self-evaluation and sense of life.Core self-evaluation can explain the variation of meaning of life 7.3%by regression analysis.It is expected to construct the joint work of organizational education and psychological education under the model of"three complete education".
