摘要
大学生创业热情高、失败率也高的现状与现行创业教育中以成功为导向,忽视创业教育的“失败因子”直接相关。因此,有必要理性审视创业教育中的创业失败教育,使大学生能够预警失败,正视失败,从失败中学习。文章认为考虑失败因子的创业教育应该包括高校创业人才培养目标的修订、创业教育课程体系重构以及教学方法和手段的创新等人才培养环节,多管齐下以提高大学生的创业成功率。
The fact of high entrepreneurship enthusiasm and high failure rate of undergraduate entrepreneurship is directly related to the success-oriented entrepreneurship education and neglect of"failure factors".Therefore,it is necessary to rationally review the failure education in entrepreneurship education,which makes undergraduate forewarn failure,face the failure and learn from failure.This paper supports that entrepreneurship education with consideration of failure factors should include the revision of entrepreneurial talent training goals in universities,the reconstruction of the entrepreneurship education curriculum system and the innovation of teaching methods and means,and all together to improve the success rate of undergraduate entrepreneurship.
