教学比赛的必要性及合理性研究

Research on the Necessity and Rationality of Teaching Competition for Ideal Transformer

针对目前教学比赛中存在的问题,文章首先从对教学的促进作用和提供用于交流的平台作用分析了教学比赛存在的必要性,之后从参赛对象、评委、比赛形式、比赛场景、奖励机制这5个方面给出了合理性建议.这些方法和建议可以使教学比赛能够真正起到以比赛促教学、以比赛促交流的作用,具有一定的参考意义。

In order to solve the problems in current teaching competition,firstly the necessity of teaching competition is analyzed in this paper,which is stated from the promotion of teaching ability and the providing a platform to communicate.Then reasonable suggestions are given from five aspects:participants,judges,competition form,competition scene and reward mechanism.With these methods and suggestions,the teaching competition can really play the role of advancing teaching and promoting communication,which has certain reference significance.
