摘要 目的:基于2019年执业医师分阶段考试学生考试情况,了解学生的医学基础知识和基本技能掌握情况,寻找差距,提出提高考试通过率的策略建议。方法:以参加2019年职业医师分阶段考试的我院100名农村订单定向医学生的考试成绩为样本,对成绩进行描述性分析和Pearson分析。结果:理论考试成绩的通过率为74%,技能考试成绩的通过率为100%,是否通过执业医师分阶段考试与在校学习成绩排名有关系,执业医师第一阶段考试通过率为74%,与其他学院相比存在差距,需进一步提高。结论:提出提高教师重视程度,修订教学大纲,改革教学模式,将医师资格分阶段考试纳入教学计划等方面的建议,以期提高学院医师资格分阶段考试的通过率。 Based on the Phased Examination of National Clinical Physician Qualification of 2019 that students from our hospital took,this paper aims to know students'basic medical knowledge and skills,to find out the gap,and to put forward some strategies and recommendations about improving the pass rate of this examination.The present study takes the scores of 100 rural ordered and oriented medical students who took part in the Phased Examination of National Clinical Physician Qualification of 2019 from our hospital as samples,and carries out a descriptive analysis and a Pearson analysis.The pass rate of theoretical examination is 74%,and the pass rate of skill examination is 100%.Whether or not they have passed the Phased Examination of National Clinical Physician Qualification is related to their academic performance ranking in school.The passing rate of the first phase examination is 74%.Compared with other hospitals,there is a gap that needs to be further closed.This research offers some suggestions to improve the passing rate of the Phased Examination of National Clinical Physician Qualification in our hospital,such as increasing teachers'emphasis on it,revising the syllabus,reforming the teaching model,and bringing this examination into the teaching plan.
