The establishment of a general practitioner system is an urgent need to protect and improve the health of urban and rural residents.General practitioners are highly integrated medical talents and are called"gatekeepers"of residents'health.This paper studies and discusses the training model of"3+2"assistant general practitioners,constructs the basic framework,and makes an in-depth discussion on the connotation construction and safeguard measures.
