改革教学方法,提高“机床构造与设计课程设计”教学质量 被引量:2

摘要 针对在《机床构造与设计课程设计》实践性教学环节中,本科生对机床构造没有结构直观认识、课程设计无从入手、设计计算思路不清晰、制图质量不高、达不到综合锻炼目的问题,提出“直观认知-细节分解-督促检查”三位一体综合课程设计指导方法。通过指导两轮课程设计成绩对比分析,此项教学改革实践效果显著。 In view of the practical teaching link of the Course Design of Machine Tool Construction and Design,there are some problems such as the undergraduate students have no intuitive understanding of the structure of the machine tool;the course design can not start;the design calculation idea is not clear;the drawing quality is not high;and the comprehensive training purpose is not achieved.This paper puts forward the"intuitive cognition-detail decomposition-supervision inspection"trinity comprehensive course design guidance method.Through the comparative analysis of the two rounds of course design results,the practical effect of this teaching reform is remarkable.
