立足新工科的创新型实践教学培养模式 被引量:6

摘要 面对当前迅猛的科技革命与产业变革,一流的本科实践教学是保证新工科人才培养质量必不可少的环节。天津大学光电专业的本科实践教学以产业需求和科技发展为导向,以培养创新型卓越工程科技人才为目标,开展了分阶段、多层次的实践教学探索性改革。充分发挥工科专业特色优势,采用指导式实践、独立工程项目、校企联合实训等形式,增大学生在实践中的参与度和完成度,提升其实践创新能力。文章阐述了天津大学光电专业本科实践教学的建设思路、实践内容以及实践成果,并分享了实践教学中的经验。 Currently,the rapid technological revolution and industrial change make the first-class undergraduate practical teaching essential to ensure the quality of emerging engineering education construction.Guided by the industrial requirement and the technology development,the undergraduate practical teaching of optoelectronics major in Tianjin University aims at cultivating innovative and excellent engineering talents,and carries out the exploratory reform of practical teaching in different stages and levels,including guided practice,engineering projects,school-enterprise joint training and other forms.The reform increases practical innovation ability of students.This paper describes the ideas,contents and achievements of the undergraduate practical teaching reform,and shares the experience in the practical teaching reform.
