摘要
本文分析了干式环氧树脂变压器的固化工艺椭圆箔式绕组工作原理及噪音产生原因,通过对干式变压器绕组的模态分析,与多组模拟及试验对比分析后,验证了有限元方法在椭圆绕组设计的有效性,并提出了有效的改进设计措施。
This Paper analyzes the working principle and noise cause of the dry casting epoxy resin transformer’s non casting elliptic foil coil,Through the modal analysis of the dry type transformer coil and the comparison and analysis with many groups of simulations and experiments,the effectiveness of the finite element method in the design of the elliptical coil is verified,and effective improvement measures are put forward.
