康惠尔透明贴在胸部护板固定肋骨骨折致皮肤张力性水泡患者的应用效果

Application Effect of Comfeel Transparent Dressing on Patients with Skin Tension Blister Caused by Chest Guard Plate Fixation Rib Fracture

探讨康惠尔透明贴在胸部护板固定肋骨骨折致皮肤张力性水泡患者的应用效果。选取64例肋骨骨折保守治疗行胸部护板外固定皮肤出现张力性水泡的病人,采用随机数字表法将其分为干预组和对照组,每组各32例。干预组应用康惠尔透明贴进行贴敷,对照组采用碘伏擦拭。比较两组病人的疼痛评分、水泡复张数、皮肤愈合时间。结果表明,干预组患者的治疗有效率达97%,高于对照组的59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。应用康惠尔透明贴治疗胸部护板固定肋骨骨折致皮肤张力性水泡疗效显著。

The research explored the application effect of Comfeel transparent dressing on patient with skin tension blister caused by chest guard plate fixation rib fracture.64 patients with skin tension blister caused by chest guard plate fixation rib fracture,who were treated with rib fracture conservative treatment were selected.They were divided into intervention group and control group by random number table,with 32 patients in each group.Intervention group received Comfeel transparent dressing,and the control group received iodophor.Pain score,number of blister tension and time of skin healing time of two groups were compared.The results showed that the treatment effective rate of control group reached 97%,which was higher than 59%of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Comfeel transparent dressing on patients with skin tension blister caused by chest guard plate fixation rib fracture was obvious.
