摘要
探讨使用改良留置胃管联合中医康复护理对脑梗塞早期吞咽功能障碍患者营养状态的影响。2019年5月—2020年5月,选取76例脑梗塞早期吞咽功能障碍患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各38例。研究组用改良留置胃管联合中医康复护理,对照组采用常规留置胃管联合常规护理,进行两组患者的吞咽功能评级对比,并评价两组患者的BMI、SGA评分。结果表明,研究组吞咽功能评级低于对照组(P<0.05),BMI、SGA评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。对脑梗塞早期吞咽功能障碍患者使用改良留置胃管联合中医康复护理,可有效改善患者的营养状态,提高患者的吞咽功能,促进病情的早日康复。
The research explored the improvement of modified gastric incubation combination with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on nutrition state of swallowing function dysfunction of cerebral infarction early phase.76 patients with swallowing function dysfunction of early phase caused by cerebral infarction from May,2019 to May,2020,and they were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 38 cases in each group.Research group received modified gastric intubation with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing,and control group received routine gastric incubation combined with routine nursing.Comparison of swallowing function grade of two groups were compared,and BMI and SGA score of two groups were evaluated.The result showed that swallowing function grade of research group was lower than control group(P<0.05).BMI and SGA scores were superior to control group(P<0.05).Modified gastric intubation combination with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on swallowing function dysfunction of cerebral infarction early phase can effectively improve swallowing function,and improve patients’state of health.
