东北黑土区水土流失现状及成因分析

Present Situation and Cause Analysis of Soil Erosion in the Black Soil Region of Northeast China

对东北黑土区水土流失现状及成因进行分析。造成东北黑土区水土流失的成因主要体现在自然因素和人为因素两方面。自然因素主要包括地形地貌因素和气候因素。人为因素主要包括过度开垦,经营方式不合理,土地所有权不明确以及来自其他产业的影响。对此,需加强关于水土保持的思想教育,扩大对水土保持观念的宣传范围,积极落实土地治理工程项目,建立树木防风带,出台合理的土地所有权制度,做到防治兼顾。要稳中求快地做到遏制水土流失,维护生态平衡。

We analyze the present situation and causes of soil erosion in the black soil region of Northeast China.There are two reasons,which are natural and human factors.Natural factors mainly include landform and climatic factors.And human factors mainly include excess land reclamation,unreasonable business practice,ambiguity of property in land and the influencing factors of other industries.It is suggested to strengthen the ideological education of water and soil conservation,enlarge the propaganda scope of the concept of water and soil conservation,actively implement soil project of management,establish trees windbreak,introduce reasonable system of property in land,do well in prophylaxis and treatment,restraint soil erosion steadily and rapidly,and maintain ecological balance.
