分析胜任力导向下的住院医师规范化培训水平,阐述胜任力导向下住院医师规范化培训的意义和培训要求以及提高培训的有效策略。通过对住院医师的日常工作管理、专科培训及出科考核,增强规培医生的专业水平和临床技能,全面提高住院医师的工作胜任力,使医学人才拥有良好的职业道德和较高的临床技能,具备解决医疗问题的能力。

This paper analyzes the level of standardized training for resident doctors under competency orientation,and expounds the significance and requirements of standardized training for resident doctors under competency orientation as well as effective strategies to improve training.Through the daily work management,specialized training and examination of resident doctors,the professional level and clinical skills of standardized training of doctors are enhanced,and the work competence of resident doctors is comprehensively improved,so that medical talents have good professional ethics and higher clinical skills,and have the ability to solve medical problems.
