摘要
为了解高校学生干部的领导力,对J师范大学学生干部的领导力进行了问卷调查。研究对象包括J师范大学的文管类学院、理工学院和音体美特殊专业三类学院的学生干部及校级学生组织学生干部。调查发现,高校学生干部领导力的总体水平及五维得分处于中上水平,但五维之间的得分存在不平衡现象。高校学生干部领导力比较存在性别差异、年龄差异、年级差异、专业类别差异、职务差异、政治面貌差异。对此,提出了一些合理性建议:完善高校学生干部的选任机制,重视对高校学生干部的领导力教育,创建良好的工作环境。领导素质作为21世纪人才的重要素质之一,学生干部可通过学习理论来提升感召力和影响力,通过训练实践来提升前瞻力、决断力和控制力。辅导员和学生组织指导教师也要积极创造条件,实现学生干部的良性发展。
In order to understand the leadership of college student cadres,we do questionnaire survey on the leadership of student cadres of J Normal College.The research objects include student cadres and college-level student organization student cadre of 3 kinds of colleges,including School of Arts and Management,Institute of Science and Technology and School of Music,Physics and Arts.The investigation finds that total level and five dimensional score of leadership of college student cadres are of high and middle level,but there is imbalance among five dimensions.There are differences in gender,age,grades,specialty classification,post and politics status of leadership of college student cadres.We propose some reasonable suggestions,including perfecting the choose and appointment mechanism of college student cadres,focusing on the leadership education of college student cadres and creating good working environment.Leadership quality is one of the important qualities of the 21st century.Student cadres can improve their charisma and impact through learning theories,and improve prospect,decision and control ability in training practice.Instructors and student organization faculty advisers should also actively create opportunities to achieve good development.
