摘要
高校科研管理工作是一项开放、复杂的系统工程,要通过科学合理的管理手段,促进高校科研工作的高效运转。通过对高校科研管理工作现状的分析,解决新时期高校科研管理工作中存在的问题,提出改革、创新的思路。
Scientific research management in colleges and universities is an open and complex systematic project.The efficient operation of scientific research in colleges and universities should be promoted through scientific and reasonable management means.Through the analysis of the current situation of the university scientific research management,the paper tries to solve the problems existing in the university scientific research management in the new period,and puts forward the ideas of reform and innovation.
