对当代大学生创业教育进行研究。为了顺应就业形势的变化,满足社会日益多样化的选择需求,符合加快教育改革发展的必然趋势,非常有必要开展大学生创业教育。高校创业教育形势不容乐观,创业意识浅薄,实际创业比例低,大学生自身能力不足,创业实践活动较少,师资队伍受限。需确定合理的创业教育目标,加强创业教育课程建设,加强师资队伍建设,构建创业教育保障体系。我国创业教育的发展不仅需要国家、政府的高度重视,也需要教师和学生的积极参与,共同解决当前大学生就业难的问题,缓解大学生的就业压力。

The paper researches the entrepreneurship education of cotemporary university students.In order to comply with the change of employment situation,satisfy the social diversified selective demand,and accord with the inevitable trend of education reform,it is necessary to develop entrepreneurship of education university students.The trend of entrepreneurship education of university isn’t optimistic,i.e.students’lack of entrepreneurship consciousness,actually low rate of entrepreneurship,the lack of self ability,less entrepreneurship practice activity,and the limitation of teaching staff.It is necessary to define rational entrepreneurship education aim,strengthen entrepreneurship education course construction,strengthen teaching talent team construction,and construct entrepreneurship education guarantee system.The development of entrepreneurship education in China not only needs the high attention of the country and government,but also the active participation of teachers and students.They can solve the problems of university students in solving problems together,and relief the employment stress.
