高职院校职业生涯规划教学模式研究

Research on Teaching Mode of Career Planning in Higher Vocational Colleges

针对目前高职院校职业生涯规划课程教学现状,在职教云平台上创建职业生涯规划在线课程,在高职大学生职业生涯规划课程教学中融入信息化手段,从教学内容颗粒化、教学评价过程化、职业指导个性化三个方面探讨信息化环境下高职大学生职业生涯规划教学策略。

In view of the current teaching status of career planning courses in higher vocational colleges,online career planning course should be created on the cloud platform of vocational education,and information-based means should be integrated into the teaching of career planning courses for higher vocational college students.This paper discusses the teaching strategies of vocational college students′career planning in the information-based environment from three aspects,including granulated teaching content,teaching evaluation process and individualized vocational guidance.
